Christ the King Community Church's Leadership Team is currently composed of Pastor Ron Dobie and four other men in the congregation. Mark Lease is one of two elders in the church. He and his wife Anne have one son, Gabriel. Mark works as an electrical engineer at a Middleton, Wisconsin company, while Anne stays busy home schooling Gabriel. Mark graduated from Indiana Christian University in South Bend, Indiana.
George Birkeland is also an elder. He and his wife Maureen have been part of CKCC since it began in 1991, and are also involved with the House of Prayer ministry in Madison.
Philip Hinkle and his wife Sherry have also been part of CKCC since it began. They have both helped in children's ministry, and Sherry was the church's youth pastor for many years, working with the middle- and high-school kids. Sherry and Philip now work together as independent video producers with their company, Frogman Productions.
Paul Huchthausen and his wife Melanie have been attending CKCC for several years. Paul works as a heating and air conditioning technician. Melanie is a homemaker, taking care of their two young daughters, while also helping in many areas around the church.
