I have lived in Wisconsin most of his life. Rebecca, who was raised in Germantown, and myself were married in 2003. I knew from the beginning of our relationship the importance of finding a church, I just didn't know why. Christ the King felt like a family and I was encouraged to grow in faith and relationship, with my family and my God. Erich was born in 2006 and has been a blessing to us and the church ever since.
In 2008 I felt a real calling to get more involved in the church and seek out a real relationship with Jesus. I was given the opportunity to work in our AV department and expand my experience in the church. I have an Associates Degree in Biblical Studies through Christian Life College and have been taking classes elsewhere to continue towards a Bachelors. Since stepping through the door at Christ the King I have filled many different rolls from janitor to Youth Pastor. As Lead Pastor at Christ the King I want to give everybody a chance to serve and contribute in their local Church as much as they desire. Galatians 5:13-14, "You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love. For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” (NIV)
