Christ the King's Leadership Team​

At Christ the King we are governed by a Leadership Team made up of active members who desire to serve the Lord. In addition to the Leadership Team we also currently have two active Outside Elders who are involved in their own ministries. Both the Leadership Team and our Outside Elders will deliver messages on Sunday during the year, see our events calendar. Christ the King is an independent nondenominational church, but we do belong to the Fellowship of Christian Assemblies.   

Philip and Sherry Hinkle

Phil and Sherry have been at Christ the King , almost since the City Church plant in 1991. Phil is our lead elder, Worship Leader and Royal Ranger Commander. Phil in his free time is an avid sling shot artist and RC pilot. Sherry is a singer on the worship team and our Mpact Girls Coordinator. They have been faithful members of CTK and have been serving Jesus for 50 years.

Outside Elders

Chuck Porta has been in full time ministry since 1975. He has pastored three churches, for over 16 years, during that time, with the remainder devoted to itinerant traveling ministry.
Chuch brings a clear prophetic word to the Body of Christ, challenging and encouraging the church to walk in a faithful covenant relationship with The Lord. He also brings oversight to a number of churches, including Christ the King, and working with them to fulfill their corporate call from God. . He founded and leads Ram’s Horn Ministries which has sponsored events over the years to edify, exhort, and encourage the Body of Christ. His simple challenge to the church is “be a voice not an echo.”

John has been Lead Pastor at New Hope Assembly of God in Cornell, WI for over 7 years. John and Jason have been friends & Brother's in Christ for over 9 years. John has been an Outside Elder at CTK since 2020. He is a firmly rooted man of God, trained to be READY for anything. The ministry closest to his heart is Royal Rangers, where boys are mentored into men of God.  John loves hunting & enjoys all things outdoors, hard work included. When he needs to get away he will be found on his motorcycle, a gift God often uses to connect him to others. He is a patched member of Faith Riders Motorcycle Ministry. His passion is to equip & disciple others into who God created them to be. ​

Pastor Bruce has been Lead Pastor at Hope Assembly of God in Appleton for over 20 years. Bruce and Jason serve as staff together for the Frontiersman Camping Fellowship (FCF) division of the Wisconsin Northern Michigan District Royal Ranger. Pastor Bruce Dailey, has been active in full-time ministry for more than thirty years.  He has served primarily as a senior pastor; however, he has also served as children's pastor, youth pastor and church planter.  Additional ministerial activities have included serving as presbyter, sectional secretary-treasurer, founder and president of a Teen Challenge, and founder and captain of law enforcement chaplain corps to name a few.
